NAMAH: means to prostrate or surrender to the Divine.

THE VISION: To raise the consciousness of all people by integrating spiritual knowledge into their daily life.

THE WAY: Through emphasis on teaching Self -Knowledge.  By honoring Western thought and the Eastern philosophy of Vedanta – (universal teachings from an ancient tradition), Namah’s aim is that people from all cultures can draw what they need for their self-growth and spiritual evolution.

Vedantic thought fits very well with holistic systems like Yoga, Ayurveda, indigenous healing and alternative medicine to create the mind-body-spiritual harmony for individuals and their communities.
